Covid continues to cause concern around the world. Now, Spanish pediatricians have warned of a syndrome detected in the youngest and attributed as a sequel to the coronavirus. This syndrome would be a generalized infection which could have a significant impact on the health of infants.

In this context, the team of RePerfilAr contacted Facundo Jorro Baron, author of the survey on this syndrome in collaboration with the Argentine Pediatric Association, who spoke about this syndrome and its impact on young people.

So, the specialist assured that the main symptoms of this syndrome are discoloration of the skin, gastrointestinal problems, fever, fatigue and tachycardia. “It is recommended that there is no self-medication and if in doubt, seek medical advice, ”said the doctor, who concluded by stating that this syndrome is reversible but requires hospitalization and medical surveillance.
