Cristina Fernández de Kirchner obtained this morning the first of the judicial permits she needs to go to Cuba and to visit her daughter Florencia, who remains under medical treatment on the island. It is the Federal Oral Court number 5, in charge of the oral debate to be held on the case "Los Sauces", which allowed the former president to leave Argentina from 20 to 30 April to visit her daughter where she receives help for post-traumatic stress disorder. CFK is still waiting for approval from two other courts.

TOF 5 will try Senator Florencia and Máximo Kirchner, among other defendants, for unlawful badociation and money laundering. The oral debate has not started yet. It is in fact a conflict of powers awaiting resolution in Room I of the Federal Criminal Cbadation Chamber to determine whether the case changes or not.

Cristina Kirchner must also obtain the permission of the Federal Oral Court 2, which set the date of the beginning of 21 May next to the first oral trial against it, for the alleged orientation of public works in favor of the Lázaro Báez decree to Santa Cruz.

The prosecutor before this court, Diego Luciani, refused to grant the authorization near the beginning of the trial and is now awaiting the decision of the judges, which will be known by tomorrow, according to judicial sources reported to the press.

Another pending authorization is that of the Federal Oral Court 8, which is in charge of the Hotesur case, also with no trial start date. In this case, the charge before this Court decided to grant leave.
