Cruel video: he threw water on the face of his baby for nine months to wake her up – 01/02/2019

Caitlin Alyse Hardy is 33 years old and is the mother of a 9 month old baby. Over the last few days, he shared a scandalous video on social networks: he threw water on his daughter's face with the intention of waking her up.

As the video became viral after it was released on Saturday, Jan. 26, police in South Carolina, USA, found the mother and were arrested. According to the arrest warrant, the woman has been charged with cruelty to children.

"The charges against this accused will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law," said Sheriff Anthony Dennis in a statement.

The sheriff's office said they informed the county's social services department "for the benefit and safety of all the children in this house". After the controversy and arrest, the Facebook profile of the woman is no longer available.

The woman was released after paying a $ 1,500 bail, but will continue the proceedings against her. The nine-month-old was transferred to a social services unit for their care.
