Sullivan arrived in Olivos with Juan Gonzalez, director for the Western Hemisphere of the White House. Ricardo Zuniga, special envoy for the Northern Triangle (El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras) and Mary kay carlson, operates out of the United States Embassy in Buenos Aires.

During the morning, Sullivan held a meeting at Government House with several national ministers, including the Secretary of Strategic Affairs Gustavo Béliz. During this meeting, topics such as the productive, technological and commercial agenda, electromobility, defense cooperation agreements, the financing agenda on environmental issues and the economic agenda of the knowledge to be developed between the two countries were discussed.
