The United States Government has clarified that its evacuation operations at Kabul airport will continue “Until the end of the mission” military, i.e. until August 31 despite the fact that several countries have already completed this work due to lack of time and growing insecurity.

Biden vows revenge on ISIS: “We will make them pay”

United States President Joe Biden on Thursday vowed to take revenge on the perpetrators of the Kabul airport attacks, to whom he assured that he would persecute and make them pay for the attacks.

This is how Biden spoke in a speech to the nation of White House, after 12 American soldiers were killed and 15 others wounded, in the attacks near Kabul airport, claimed by the Islamic State (IS) group.

“We’re going to hunt them down and make them pay for it.”, promised the president, visibly excited.

In this sense, he stressed that he had asked the heads of the armed forces to draw up various plans for attacking the IS enclaves, making sure that they knew “who are they”.

Biden reiterated that the United States will continue with the evacuation as the “Terrorists will not win” and he was ready to send more troops to guarantee the mission, but stressed that the commanders had not requested it yet.
