A woman in New York has, by mistake, consented to life care being taken away from a stranger wrongly identified as her brother. Frederick Williams, 40, was found unconscious in the street by emergency services, apparently with a drug overdose. He was admitted to St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York, on July 15. I was in a brain dead state.

Instead, Shirell Powell's brother was in prison. Now he has filed a complaint against the New York hospital for committing this mistake.
