Likewise, it is the private sector that They must assume all contractual conditions with vaccine suppliers, as well as the costs of acquiring and importing the same; and to guarantee the conditions of handling and storage of this one until the moment of its application, which must be completely free for all the employees of the company without exception.

According to Ruiz, “they can apply the vaccines to natural persons who have a work or contractual relationship with the companies, and they will not be able to exclude any of the people. It is not a special vaccine for certain groups within companies, but the employer’s vaccination plan must include all staff to be part of the said organization to preserve the conditions of equity “.

Likewise, the document specifies that the request must be made in a health entity authorized by the Ministry of Health to provide the vaccination service. comply with all the directives issued by said portfolio, as well as with the monitoring and pharmacovigilance conditions determined by the National Superintendence of Health, the National Institute of Health and Invima.
