The three detainees who will be re-investigated this Wednesday in the National Criminal and Correctional Court 16 are: Juan Jesús Fernández (42), owner of the Volkswagen Vento car from which the attack was committed; his uncle Miguel Navarro Fernández (55) and the cousin of the first and son of the second, Juan José Navarro Cádiz (25), accused as the material author of the act.

Fernandez and Father Navarro will be for the third time before the judge Mariano Iturralde and the prosecutor Estela AndradesBut it will be the first time that Navarro Cádiz will give his version of events, because Saturday afternoon, after being extradited from Uruguay, he refused to testify.
