Drunk driving crashed and killed a man | the Chronicle

An aberrant episode took place in the city of Asunción, Paraguay. A man driving a truck crashed into and killed a delivery guy who was chatting outside a fast food restaurant.

The 49-year-old victim was hit by a drunken man who exceeded in his white Volkswagen Amarok. The images were recorded by a security camera which was in front of the company where the deceased works.

The individual was arrested after a brief persuasion by police officers, who verified that he had three times the permitted alcohol in his blood.
