Two months after the incident, the detainee filed a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission and denounced the elements shot him for no reason, In addition, they did not provide medical badistance and accused him of crimes that he did not commit.

The inmate mentioned that "He had to go to the patrol to be transferred to the medical service, in addition to being accused of crimes that he did not commit".

Faced with these accusations, the CNDH found that many things the federal police had described did not occur. In addition to the excessive use of force and has not communicated the arrest at the time before the Public Prosecutor.

"There is no indication that the injured party activated a firearm and that the police used excessive force"said the CNDH.
