Felipe Solá is one of the five ministers leaving Alberto Fernández’s cabinet. The former foreign minister represents the president at the meeting of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in Mexico. The president left the summit due to the political crisis following the defeat of the PASO government last Sunday.
