The receipt of tenders started yesterday at 10 am and ends today at 3 pm, according to the program circulated by the Ministry of Finance.

The maximum price of one-dollar bills (LETES) will be 975 per 1,000 USD, which is equivalent to a nominal annual rate of 4.75%, while the peso letters (LECAP) will be capitalized monthly at a nominal rate of 2.85%, and both subscriptions can be made in pesos or dollars.

The call for bids will be made by means of a price indication, via a competitive and non-competitive section.

In the Competition section, prices must be expressed per 1000 (pesos or dollars) of the initial value with two decimal places.

Offers submitted in the non-competitive tranche must include only the amount to be subscribed.

The LETES will expire on June 14 of next year, LECAP will do so on March 29, while the BOTES will expire on November 21, 2020.
