Francisco called for a prayer marathon to end the pandemic

From St. Peter’s Basilica, Pope Francis called this Saturday a “prayer marathon” to call for an end to the pandemic, which will be followed by around thirty shrines around the world, from South Korea to Brazil and from Poland to Nigeria, until May 31.
