Fury for a caveman frozen in the middle of a park | the Chronicle

The park Theodore Wirth from the yankee town of Minneapolis was the epicenter of an event that attracts tourists from all over the world, as a caveman appeared trapped in a block of ice.

“My friend Thomas Dambo was my biggest inspiration, I worked with him on some giant troll sculptures made with recycled ice cream sticks. All of the pieces were in remote locations linked to nature and used recycled human goods. I noticed that this led people to explore nature trying to find art“he explained.

“We had always thought it would be fun to put it somewhere in the forest, as if it had appeared there”, Schumack told local media.

What stands out is that he put his creation in the park last week without telling anyone or promoting of any kind.

The aim was to distract people by thinking of something else that has nothing to do with Coronavirus pandemic may his new strain sweep the world.

Schumack assured that the goal was for people to leave their homes and get some exercise in the park and, incidentally, have fun taking photos with the mysterious sculpture which is already all the rage on various social networks.

“The goal we were looking for in trying to create a positive interaction with the community seems to be successful, and the reactions were, for lack of a better word, perfect“Schumack said.
