The prosecutor referred to the accounting expertise incorporated last year in the file, which concluded that there was no offense in the maneuvers denounced by opposition lawmakers Mario Negri and Federico Pinedo. Pleé stressed that the disputed resolution is not a “final judgment”.

“I think the decisions of the oral court have been misinterpreted. Here he is criticized for saying that the TOF did not grant the dismissal request because not all parties agreed.
