A hotel employee found them on entering the room because she had not received a response to her calls. The man and one of the women were on a bed and the other woman was lying on the floor. The results of the autopsy should help determine if there were other people present in the room.

The two bodies found in the bed had arrows in the skull and chest and were held by the hand. The other body had an arrow stuck in the torso. The use of crossbows is allowed in Germany because they can be acquired from 18 years old. Authorities said the wills of men and women aged 33 were also found. There was no sign of fighting in the room.

The names of people identified as Torsten W., Kerstin E. and Farina C. appear on the website of the International Fair League, based in Belgium. It is an entity that organizes tournaments of medieval inspiration and ranks its members according to their skills in the use of medieval weapons and their ability to ride horses.

A League spokesman said he did not know them and that if they figured in the league, it was because they registered at one time. The link with the League has raised suspicions about what could have happened. Does the league function as an organization that claims the customs and customs of the Middle Ages, such as the use of weapons from this historical period (the crossbow, for example). Since the League said that these days had not organized a crossbow tournament in Germany.

If the fact of the triple crime with arrows was inherently shocking, women related to the fact feed the mystery. Farina C. is the only victim of the hotel to have left no wills.
