Google has added a new function to Calendar that will make it easier to reprogram the calendar of events.

This function will be visible when you receive an invitation in the Calendar, and you will be asked to give an answer, as we can see in the picture above. If we choose an option, we can send an alternative schedule as part of our proposal, and a note explaining the reasons.

The organizer will see all the proposals and may decide to take them into account or to continue the initial plan. And, a dynamic that will facilitate this decision, is that the guests have made their calendars public, so that the availability of each of them is visible.

One detail to keep in mind, is that this feature is not available for events with more than 200 participants or for those who are full time. According to the Google team, it is already available on the web and will be extended to mobile devices on August 13th.
