A young couple from the UK have experienced tremendous sensations and challenges during lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. Is that In just 11 months, they had two births and went from one child to five. All with the fear and anguish of the damn virus lurking.
Jessica Pritchard, 31 and a kindergarten teacher, gave birth to her second daughter Mia in May 2020 and then welcomed triplets around the world in April, only 11 months later.
Jessica, who also has eight-year-old daughter Molly, told Wallesonline that she and her partner Harry Williams, 34, they were “speechless” when they found out they were expecting triplets.
But he added that the couple feel “very lucky and blessed” with their new additions, although that means now have five children under the age of eight.
“It has been a whirlwind for the past 12 months. We had a baby and then three more, all during confinement. Mealtime is fun because everyone needs to be fed at the same time, ”he said.
“Besides the fact that it takes longer to feed, you also have to change three diapers instead of one. I just need to be more organized, but I’m a pretty organized person, ”he added.
Jessica was still on maternity leave after Mia was born when found out she was pregnant again in October 2020.
The four new “additions” to the family.
Due to Covid restrictions, Jessica she had to go alone to get studies and broke the news of the triplets to his partner when he got home.
“I was alone because of the Covid rules and the sonographer first said he was going to have twins which was a shock in itself, but then he kept looking and said he had found a third. “
“I am speechless. I really couldn’t believe it. I waited until I got home to tell Harry. When I told him, he too was speechless, “he added.
Triplets were born at 31 weeks as a precaution and they spent seven weeks in neonatal care before they could return home last month.
