A neighbor, a flower

It should be remembered that today was another usual commemorative event organized by the inhabitants of the Malvinas Square, called a neighbor, a flower that has been used continuously since 1983.

The organization was responsible for the San Martín Development Center, and various neighbors, family members, and organizations in the city participated in an activity that usually included strong emotional moments.
