One of the best ways to enjoy a good dessert at home is with this recipe of cake condensed milk and cream cheese. This sweet preparation is not only cheap and delicious, but it’s quite easy to prepare. It is a cake that does not require an oven.
However, due to the way this dessert is prepared, it is advisable to prepare it at least a day in advance. In fact, the more days it spends in the fridge, the better, as its flavors intensify. It will be a cheese-flavored dessert that is sure to please everyone at home.
Ingredients:
- 10 Maria cookies
- 50g butter
- 200 gr of cream cheese
- 200 cc of condensed milk
- 150 cc of liquid cream
- 250 ml milk
- Curd (1 envelope)
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
Process:
For the base of the cake, crush the cookies and place them in a bowl. Then melt the butter in the microwave.
Add cinnamon and butter to cookies and stir.
Place baking paper in a mold about 20 cm in diameter. This is done to make it easier to release the cake at the end.
Add cookies all over the base of the mold. Use a spoon or your hands to flatten the entire surface so that it is smooth and even.
Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 20 min. Meanwhile, prepare the garnish.
In a saucepan over low heat, add half the milk, cream cheese, cream and condensed milk. Stir constantly to combine all the ingredients and avoid sticking to the base.
Dissolve the curd coat in the remaining milk, add to the saucepan when the mixture boils and stir constantly.
Remove from the heat to the boil again and reheat for a few minutes before pouring the mixture into the pot.
Let cool and store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for at least 6 hours.
Unmold and decorate the pie to taste with dulce de leche, chocolate, caramel or even jam.
