New Mexico suspect confessed to murdering and beheading man 51 years old in a park in Las Cruces on the last Father’s Day.

Joël Arciniega Saenz, 25, was arrested for first degree murder for the death of Jacques Garcia in Apodaca Park on June 20, as reported by KFOX 14 from El Paso, Texas.
