He died after having sex during a work trip: Justice said it was "a work accident"

A French court has sparked heated controversy over a recent decision. He determined that the heart attack suffered by a man during a badual encounter during a work trip was a "professional accident".

He also ordered that Xavier X's relatives, once the victim was identified, be compensated.

The fact

In 2013, Xavier went to the center of France to attend a business meeting and conclude a contract on behalf of the railway construction company in which he worked.

There, he met a woman and – despite her marriage – had bad with her. He had a heart attack and died in his hotel room in Meung-sur-Loire.

Judgment

Justice has been used so that the company that employs the man pays a reward to Xavier's family.

Finally, the court determined that the death was a "work accident".

In the first case, it was decided that "a badual relationship is an act of normal life, like taking a shower or eating".

Reward

The partners and the children of the man will receive each month 80% of the salary that Xavier would have touched until his retirement.

Call

The company that employed the man appealed this resolution and refused to cover compensation claiming that the heart attack was not work-related.

The company also noted that it did not pay for this hotel and that the meeting was adulterous.

The French authorities have pointed out that, to the extent that the heart attack occurs as part of a work trip, the result is borne by the company.
