He made “iron” in the sea and was almost eaten by a hammerhead shark | the Chronicle

Jason McInstosh, photographer from Miami, United States, captured with his drone the exact moment in which a swimmer was “The iron” in the sea about seven meters from the coast, not knowing that a hammerhead shark was stalking him.

The author of the video explained that he was following the animal’s swim when he encountered the unsuspecting man.. “I had no way of warning him of the danger”, the filmmaker remembers the frightening moments he witnessed.

The images went viral on social media, where some people criticized the swimmer, arguing about the danger of swimming so far from the coast.

According to McIntosh, hammerhead sharks often roam the shores of Miami, but apparently, the swimmer never noticed the presence of the animal. He even made a gesture towards the drone which he saw pass while enjoying the sea.
