What you’re about to see in the video below is all you ever have to do at the controls of a car: a young driver and his friend filmed each other to roll a joint while driving on a road with the knee.

The event occurred in Malaga and it was shared by the local police of said Spanish town. The survey was carried out by a team specifically responsible for monitoring on social networks and the Internet. The driver is a 23 year old male.

Through various Instagram stories, young people are shown on a Spanish road while brewing marijuana and listening to loud music. “Automatic mode”says one of the stories in which he shows the driver paying virtually no attention to the road. To top it off, I was wearing my seat belt.

“We went to communion,” the friend exclaims at one point in a festive tone, focusing on the road and then on the marijuana. “I trust my knee more than my hand”replied the driver, pointing to the reckless way he drove when preparing the joint.

The images speak for themselves and, as a result, the driver was assigned a so-called road safety crime for “driving a motor vehicle in a manifestly reckless manner, endangering road users,” Malaga local police said in a statement.

After the investigation, the police determined the identity of the driver and passenger, as well as the make and model of the car, a Volkswagen Golf. For this reason, anyone who drove was summoned to a police department to have their rights read as interviewee not detained for the commission of a crime against road safety, the report being transmitted to the judicial authority.
