A 39-year-old woman was arrested with her ex-partner for disobeying a no-go order issued by the courts. The situation was detected after the police had warned through the Domestic Violence Alert (Salva) system that the panic button that had always been lit and in their possession had been disabled.

On Monday afternoon, a police cell phone was sent to 700 United States Street, in the Roque Sáenz Peña neighborhood, to verify why the device had been turned off. They discovered that the device was in place and that the woman was not at home.

After visiting the area, they found her in the company of the man with whom she is currently the subject of a restraining order.

Justice had given him an anti-panic button and arranged for them to not be able to approach, but apparently, the woman turned off the device to go see that person.

She and the 37-year-old man were arrested for disobeying the authority, in violation of the current blocking order.
