Kelly Sayhua is a Peruvian woman hardworking, who has not had an easy life. Six years ago he was admitted to a hospital with appendicitis and, due to medical negligence, had his hands and feet amputated. Almost four years ago, he won the case at the sanatorium but still has not received a peso.

In addition, they had to pay civil compensation of 450,000 soles, which is roughly equivalent to about 10 million Argentinian pesos. He still hasn’t seen a dime of that amount.

One problem after another

In August 2016, Kelly couldn’t stand her condition anymore and tried to kill himself take pills. His family found him in time, they called an ambulance and purged his stomach. He has since resumed the psychological assistance he had stopped receiving eight months ago.

Sayhua started selling clothes on the street with her sister to try to raise money to help her children. In May 2019, criminals entered the warehouse where they kept the clothes and completely emptied it.
