A man who lost his leg in a shootout took a big surprise after seeing his photo of his stump in cigarette packs, as an illustration in which the damage caused by smoking was noted.

The incident occurred in France, where the Albanian man was stunned to see the portrait of his body in the package accompanied by a legend that warned: "Smoking obstructs the arteries"
