Horror in Brazilian prison: man convicted of pedophilia found dead heartless and with genitals in his mouth

Alex Sandro from Souza Mota, 30 years old and found guilty of raping his 5 year old stepdaughter, was found dead in a cell at Cruzeiro de Oeste State Penitentiary (PECO) in Brazil with his heart removed and his penis in his mouth, as investigators of the case revealed to local media.

De Souza Mota was serving a 23-year sentence for rape and pedophilia, and authorities argue that one of his murderers is a prisoner with whom he shared a cell.

The delegate Izaías Cordeiro de Lima, in charge of the investigation, pointed out that the body had also neck cuts and other bodily injuries, while the civilian police revealed that the prison officers attended the scene of the crime after the screams of three inmates who were also in the cell.

“In the PECO cell, one of the detainees gave the first blow to the victim’s neck and ended up causing a hemorrhage and he realized that he may have killed him.”Cordeiro de Lima told local press.
