Argentina is one of the most expensive countries in the world to reach zero kilometer. According to a last report, to buy a new car, you need 26 salaries. In other countries, such as the United States, Australia or Germany, four to six salaries suffice.

The report prepared by the Economics Institute of the Argentinian University of Empresa (UADE) guarantees that the devaluation of liquefied wages in 2018 in dollars while the price of cars greatly accompanied the devaluation of the currency.

In countries with larger markets, the "high end" have higher volumes than in Argentina, where units are usually manufactured even after the buyer 's order. In the absence of a sufficiently large market, the high-end car has the characteristics of a sumptuary or a luxury product.
