Important vaccine is effective against novel coronavirus variants

A new scientific study has shown that the covid-19 vaccine made by pharmaceutical companies Pfizer Yes BioNTech shows a great capacity to neutralize the variants of the virus which appeared in Brazil, the United Kingdom and South Africa.

In particular, during experiments carried out in the laboratory, it was observed an “almost equivalent” level of neutralization for the Brazilian and English variants of the infection, concerning the virus as it appeared at the beginning of last year, the Tlam news agency pointed out.
