Incidents with yellow vests on the day of the ultimatum in Macron

According to a police report published in the middle of the morning, at least 31 people were arrested.

Security forces mobilized heavily in the capital for the 18th consecutive Saturday "yellow vests" against the tax and social policy of the French government.
