For its part, the capital, New Delhi, reported 3,846 cases of coronavirus in the last day, the lowest figure since early April, when it recorded a total of 235 deaths in the past 24 hours.

The number of PCR tests for SARS-CoV-2 has reached record numbers after performing 2.05 million tests in the past 24 hours, a total of 322 million.

The Asian country is now starting to breathe, but experts warn the numbers could be higher than reported daily, especially taking into account that in rural areas there are no laboratories to detect positives. or resources to treat severe patients.

NEW DELHI SHOWS SIGNS OF RECOVERY
