Mariam tried somehow to stop her constant pregnancies, but it was very difficult for her. At the age of 23 and 25 children, she was desperate to see her doctor and once again she advised him to continue her pregnancy because her number of ovaries was very high. Since her last pregnancy, two and a half years ago, she had complications. When she gave birth to her sixth group of twins, one of them did not survive the birth. As a result, her husband, often absent, left her completely.

"I grew up crying, my man suffered a lot," said Mariam, tears in his eyes. "I spent all my time looking after my children and making money," he added.
