Iván Duque: "The usurper Nicolás Maduro will be responsible for any act of violence"

Colombian President Iván Duque badured on Saturday that "the usurper" Nicolás Maduro will be "responsible for any act of violence" during the delivery of humanitarian aid to Venezuela.

The statements were made in the Colombian city of Cucuta, where they stocked supplies and basic items that will alleviate the difficult situation in Venezuelaand whose Maduro regime tried to block entry into that country.
