Jair Bolsonaro offers impunity to anyone who kills a thief – 05/10/2019

After decreeing flexibilisation of the port of arms the president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, proposed the exoneration of citizens who ended up kill a suspect to want to attack them on public roads.

Bolsonaro used the legal figure called "exclusion from illegality" for which one commits a crime, in this case the homicide, is not reached by law generals.

"What I want to give is the exclusion of illegality, not just the police, but to you too"said the president, addressing listeners of the popular Tupi radio station in Rio de Janeiro.

Bolsonaro had already defended the citizens of those living in rural areas to be exculpated for possible shootings against the invaders of their properties.
