To mark the importance of the relationship with your British ally, Biden started his visit by meeting the British Prime Minister at Carbis Bay, a coastal town in the south-west of England where the G7 will be held from Friday to Sunday.

His long trip to Europe will end Wednesday in Geneva with a meeting with Putin.

“We are going to make it clear that the United States is back and that the democracies of the world are united to face the most difficult challenges.”, asserted Biden upon his arrival in the UK, insisting on the message he has repeated since taking office five months ago.
