Joven was accused of raping a classmate in the Florida University student dormitory

A 19-year-old boy was arrested at the University of Florida for raping one of his clbadmates at the student residence.

Ian Fitzgerald Deal is a student who is studying the second year of his career in construction project management and is from Jacksonville, Florida.

On the weekends, we met a friend in the residential student complex. The plan was that they both meet, as friends, in his room.

Even when she was questioned by the police, she told them that before the meeting she had spoken to Deal to make it very clear that I was not going to sleep with him.

But the young man, who is the son of a renowned real estate lawyer, decided to ignore his friend's request and, while they were both alone, forced her to badual relations.

According to the young woman's testimony, her partner took her by the neck and forced her to turn on her back. Then he began to undress against his will.

The police report stated that Deal had smashed the teenager's face against a pillow and had begun to rape her several times, completely ignoring his calls for him to stop.

Scared to death, the young woman waited for her attacker to fall asleep to call the police.

When the police arrived in the woman's room, they found Deal naked and sleeping peacefully on the bed. The student has always insisted that the meeting be agreed.

The girl, meanwhile, was taken to the hospital for a checkup and determined if she had evidence of having been badually badaulted.

At the same time, Deal was transferred to Alachua Prison, accused of first-degree badual badault, as reported in the newspaper. New York Post

Blake Deal, the abuser's father, said that the girl and her son had known each other for over three years and that the news had plunged him into a "state of deep shock".

"Our son has always had a reputation for being a kind and respectful young woman with women. This girl has been known for more than three years, "he told the media.

He added that one of his daughters was an "intimate" friend of the younger sister of the victim, adding that both families tended to hear well.

"Deal said that the act was 100% consensual," said the father.

"He is currently devastated by the fact that this woman and her family want to accuse her of such a thing, he has never had a problem."

The gentleman announced that next Tuesday, his son would meet several lawyers to pursue the case.
