Juan Guaidó continues to hold meetings with different sectors since its proclamation to the interim presidency of Venezuela. This Tuesday, he reported that he had a meeting with former ministers of former President Hugo Chávez.
"We listen to their proposals and we agree on the need to solve the problems of Venezuelans"he said via his Twitter account.
"We continue to work and listen to all sectors that want change," he added.
The meeting took place a few hours before the ordinary session held by the Venezuelan Parliament, led by the own Guaidó.
Former Chavez officials who participated were Rodrigo Cabezas, Gustavo Márquez, Gonzalo Gomez, Edgardo Lander, Héctor Navarro and Oly Millán.
Still through the social network, the acting president announced that the National Assembly had approved "The statutory law that governs the transition to democracy and restoring the validity of the Constitution."
"With this Statute, we exercise normative and legislative functions for the democratic transition.The Statute is not perfect, it is not in accordance with our dreams, it is a Statute which gathers the impulse of democratization of all parties of the AN, safe way, fully develops Article 233 of the Constitution, "said deputy Juan Miguel Matheus.
"One of the aspects of the Statute is that, with regard to the termination of the usurpation that includes the nullity and effectiveness of all acts of Nicolás Maduro, the end of the 39, obedience to Maduro is guaranteed, no official must obey the usurper, "he added.
For his part, Matheus considered that "Maintaining constitutional democracy will cost more than Nicolás Maduro's withdrawal from the presidency".
While the Venezuelan opposition seeks to restore the constitutional thread of the country, it actively collaborates with various countries and international organizations for the mobilization of humanitarian aid.
