Juggler killed in Chile: riflemen said he was “in self-defense”

The murder of Francisco Martnez, a young juggler who was approached by a group of Carabinieri in the Chilean town of Panguipulli for an identity check, led to massive protests which resulted in the burning of a police station and a decision taken by the in uniform accused of having executed the Filming who ended the life of the street artist.
