The state attorney general’s office (FGE) revealed that they recently released a young man who had been kidnapped and who had been identified as the son of a municipal president in Chiapas.

The victim was eventually released after staying 25 days deprived of liberty by an organized criminal group, thanks to the investigative work carried out by the anti-kidnapping prosecution in coordination with the elements assigned to the National Commission for the Fight against Kidnappings and in collaboration with the intelligence coordination staff.

According to data revealed by journalist Óscar Gutiérrez for The universal, it is Eduardo Santiz, son of the municipal president Alfredo Santiz Gómez.
