Lawyer has sex in the middle of a virtual hearing

A lawyer I forgot to turn off your camera and was caught when had sex during a virtual pre-trial detention hearing in Peru against people involved in a suspected criminal organization, known as the “The Z of Chanchamayo”.

The incident occurred during a hearing at the Superior Court of Justice of the Central Selva, Peruvian Department of Junín, when a lawyer who defended the accused He forgot to turn off his camera and was seen having sex in his office.

Upon realizing what was happening, magistrates and defendants alerted the head of the Pichanaki Preparatory Court of Inquiry, John Chahua Torres, who ordered a stay.

When the hearing resumed, Chahua requested the intervention of the public prosecutor and accused the lawyer, identified as Héctor Cipriano Paredes, of having “failed in the honor and dignity of the profession and of the image of this State Power ”.

A FULL INQUIRY IS URGENT

The Junín Bar and the Central Jungle Superior Court of Justice have both spoken out about what happened and demanded a full investigation into the scandal.

“We strongly reject this conduct which has been broadcast by the media” and “we urge the members to act with honor, morality, probity and respect for good customs,” said the dean of the Bar of Junín, Marleny Karinna Espíritu.

The dean assured that the relevant actions have already been adopted so that the ethics commission conducts a “very summary investigation” which allows “the total clarification of the facts and to establish the corresponding responsibilities”.

For its part, the Superior Court of Justice of the Central Jungle also expressed in a press release its rejection of the behavior of the lawyer, which it accused of having “ committed obscene acts which violate public modesty and good morals “.
