Pope Francis is very popular on social media. She has 18.8 million Twitter followers on her English profile alone, and an additional 18.5 million fans on the Spanish account.

He is followed by 7.4 million people on Instagram. It does not manage directly your accounts, but a group within the Vatican’s communications department, although he generally approves of tweets he posts from his official accounts in multiple languages.
