In preparation for UFC 226, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will hold today (Thursday, July 5, 2018) a press conference to promote "Miocic vs. Cormier", the event at Pay Per Pay Success (PPV) will take place this weekend (Saturday, July 7, 2018) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The headliners – Stipe Miocic, heavyweight champion, and Daniel Cormier, leader heavyweight president, Dana White, from ET 18 in the integrated video player -above. Unfortunately, featherweight champion Max Holloway will likely not be present after being removed from the card at the end of the evening with "concussion-like symptoms." His opponent, ranked No. 1, unpretentious 145 pounds, Brian Ortega (14-0), will also remain on the sidelines this weekend and probably compete against "Blessed" at a later date.

Nevertheless, the show must continue; therefore, expect that the other heavyweight clash between the two contenders Francis Ngannou (No. 1) and Derrick Lewis (No. 5) slips into the category of co-major events. And, of course, for the two great men to participate in the latest pre – fight press conference today and mean mug the other at the very end with Miocic and Cormier .
