The youngest son of businessman K, Leandro Báez, testified at the oral and public lawsuit against his father for corruption in public works under the Kirchner administration, known as "Ruta del dinero K".

In recent weeks, an offensive has been launched against Leandro, making him responsible for an alleged collection of wool, while the reality is that all movements are decided by the intervention of Báez companies.

There was even a threat of detention for obstruction of justice and that is why Leandro – who is now 28 years old – asked to speak. The youngest of the manufacturer's children will accept the questions of the judges, the prosecutor and the plaintiffs, for whom his statement could be extended. This makes it doubtful that Leonardo Fariña could speak today before judges Néstor Costable, Maria Gabriela López Iñiguez and Adriana Palliotti.
