The words appear at the end of a week marked by a new decree signed by Bolsonaro that gives drivers, lawyers, politicians and other corporations the right to carry a firearm. Considered by many scholars as unconstitutional and promoter of more violence, the text faces issues in justice and in Congress that could leave it without effect.
