President Mauricio Macri will lead today the presentation of a new international air link connecting Puerto Iguazú, to Misiones, Madrid, Spain, then, with his Paraguayan counterpart, Mario Benítez, will leave the border crossing between the Ituzaingó city, in Corrientes, with the city of Ayolas, in the neighboring country.

The airline will operate two weekly frequencies with Airbus A330-200s until mid-October, then use a Boeing 787. It has been reported that this new route would bring the world closer to Argentina and that in nine hours international tourists could reach Iguazu. via Madrid after 20 years.
