Moreira brought up two myths that exist regarding marijuana use and was tasked with refuting them and justifying his position.

“The most nefarious myth of all is the one that says marijuana is a drug. This is not the case because it is a plant and does not generate a neuronal psychoactive effect but rather sharpens the senses of the person. This is a myth that costs us to convert and remove the stigma that anyone who uses marijuana is an addict or someone who is sick, ”he said in the first place.
