Miami: research suspended for fear of further collapse – Siempre Juntos

Rescue operations at the Champlain Towers building have been completely suspended because there are fears of a new collapse that would endanger the lives of workers.

The incident occurs the same day President Joe Biden travels to the city to meet with the families of the victims.

So far, authorities have notified 18 deaths, including two children. 145 other people have not yet been located. The tragedy shook the 12-story building on the night of Thursday, June 24.
