Migrations deported a Paraguayan murderer who was at liberty assisted

Valois Aguilar Benítez, a Paraguayan citizen, was expelled from the country after its entry into force eviction order who raised the National Directorate of Migration (DNM) on him as a result of a 12-year prison sentence for aggravated homicide for treachery pronounced in 2008.

The sentence was upheld on 21st February by Chamber IV of the Chamber of Jurisprudence.
