Although he did not mention the institution that he attended, he confirmed that he is already in another school. "The Ministry of Education does not care about us," he said.
One of the speeches delivered yesterday during the public hearing on the legalization of abortion was that of Milagros Peñalba, a 16-year-old girl who defended the project and denounced the situation that she says, in our province: "In Salta, we do not have contraceptives, but if we are pregnant, we are excluded from schools where we are marginalized and if we abort, we are murderers."
Milagros participated as a member of the student coordinator of Salta (Cesal) and her speech generated a great national repercussion and still today she continued to give interviews to different media in which she recounted her personal experience in his activism for the approval of the law of voluntary termination of pregnancy. This included being expelled from the public school attended until this first half of the year.

Regarding his personal experience, he reported that his mother became pregnant with her at the age of 17 and had a lot of obstacles in as a single mother. "She could not finish her education because she had no one to go with and she was dedicated to work, it's a social judgment, when I was great, she was a mother." unmarried and looked bad at school, my clbadmates told me they were surprised, "he said.
Milagros also thanked for being able to speak at the hearing and is pleased with what has been accomplished so far in advocacy for abortion. "In Salta, we are just moving out, but I love the fellowship we have gained between the sectors," he said.
Some of the salient phrases of his speech of yesterday:
– Even though the students and Salteños students participated in this debate, our Minister of Education, Analía Berruezo, said that students are not interested in bad education.
– If we become pregnant, we are judged in the streets, we are expelled from schools, and If we are not expressed, we are marginalized. But, if we abort, they call us murderers.
– The province where a quarter of pregnancies are teenagers, where the true rector of bad education is the Church, where religious instruction is taught in public and private schools and where they are suspended for religious festivals; where they punish you, they persecute you and expel you for presenting you in favor of this law.
